During the last week of April 2026 my 2020 Tiffin Allegro Bus' DEF Sensor failed. I had just arrived to Bluffton, SC and contacted Cummins Sales and Service for repairs. Cory the manager of the department was accommodating and able to get us in for repairs immediately (once the new DEF sensor arrived from Red Bay. The attention to service, and expertise was OUTSTANDING. The Technician was Cory Pinkerton who was highly skilled and able to replace the sensor and address a few other issues. I can't recommend more the highly the quality and customer focus of this team!!!

Never fun having to get a generator fixed but my experience here was great! Everybody was friendly, gave a clear description of what was to be expected and walked our for less than what was quoted. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience, so any future generator services will be done here without a doubt!

I have been traveling off and on through the last seventeen years in my 2008 CC Allure. I just had the best service experience at a Cummins dealer in Savannah GA that topped ALL the locations I have visited in the US, and I have visited many throughout our travels. General manager Mr Kevin Fox and his crew will always be top notch in our hearts and mind. Ryan is a young technician that will be admired by those he meets in the future with his excellent attitude in customer service with us “old folks” God bless this crew, I wish there where more like them.

Wonderful service!! Thank you Corey for going out of your way for us. We arrived in our 2025 Tiffin Allegro Bus on Thursday afternoon for an early Friday morning appointment, check engine light. Corey took us in and immediately diagnosed the issue. He had the part on hand and two hours later all finished. Set us up in one of their overnight sites and we were on our way in the morning. Avoid service from this Cummins dealer. We have had incompetent service from their technician that cost us valuable time and money resourcing the issues. I would think changing an impeller in a Cummins diesel engine & generator would be elementary.
